Estate Agents is a photographic project focusing on London’s housing estates at night and looking at life in the high rises.

It brings together the work of Andrew Gillman, Ivan Bliminse and Maëva Berthelot, who started this project in 2013, after first exploring the now demolished Heygate Estate in Elephant and Castle.
Over the years and across London, the three photographers encountered residents and listened to their varied opinions on social housing whilst photographing the estates. The work wants to pay homage to those stories and showcase the unique beauty of these disappearing brutal spaces.

All three artists have a diverse approach in documenting these residences, each focusing on different aspects. Infrastructure, pirate radio rigs and the architecture are some of the primary features in the work. Leading us on an immersive journey through the blocks, corridors and onto the rooftops, offering the viewer a unique perspective of these locations under the veil of the night.
